Privacy

MAGNAXIS collects only what Axis needs to help you: your account details, the commands you say or type, the actions you approve, and — when you turn on "let Axis see" — the frames you show it. Everything is scoped to your account.

We do not sell your data. We do not train third-party models on your conversations without your consent. Camera and screen frames are analysed in-memory, temporary files are deleted after inference, and only a short observation summary is persisted for context.

You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings → Data. Deletion is honoured within 30 days across all backups.

Terms

MAGNAXIS is a voice-first operating layer for founders and everyday life. You are responsible for the commands you approve. Axis asks before it moves money, sends messages on your behalf, or edits shared calendars.

You keep ownership of everything you create. We keep ownership of the platform and the Axis intelligence layer. Fair use, no reverse engineering, no automated scraping of other customers' data.

Paid plans renew monthly and can be cancelled from Settings → Plan. Refund requests within 14 days of a charge are honoured for unused capacity.

Data handling

• At rest: encrypted with AES-256 in managed MongoDB. Third-party access tokens (Microsoft, Eventbrite) are wrapped again with per-owner Fernet keys derived from a master key kept out of the database.
• In transit: TLS 1.2+ end-to-end.
• Payments: Stripe holds card details. MAGNAXIS never sees your full PAN.
• Vision frames: analysed by a Gemini multimodal model via the Emergent Universal Key. Temporary files are unlinked after inference. Only the observation summary persists — never the raw frame.
• Retention: conversation turns kept 180 days by default, adjustable in Settings → Data. Approval logs retained 24 months for audit.
